Dataloy Systems require from all VMS clients that they have Dataloy VMS appointed and dedicated Application Responsible/s and SuperUser/s.

The people in these roles will enable the usage and understanding of the Dataloy VMS across your organisation to improve. Since they will be the main point of contact between the users and Dataloy, information both ways will be sifted through these persons and dispersed efficiently if managed effectively. However, for this to work the roles need to be acknowledged in the organisation as important and it will take some time away from the main job they have. 

Application Responsible/s

All clients should have one Application Responsible (AR). If there are many users or several departments, more than one should be considered. The AR's are VMS SuperUsers but also the contact between VMS users in an organization and Dataloy Systems.
