Problem
A user cannot find a given various/various code Various code/s (items) in a various table . The various might have been visible in this table in a previous version/updatebut is now not visible. The cause of this are no longer visible in Dataloy VMS, but was visible in previous versions of the system.
Solution
The reason why this might happen is that in newer versions of Dataloy VMS each various has a list of tables in which it is visible, and it might need to be added to the table in mention manually.

To change/add the list of tables in which a various is visible: - Navigate Go to the following table: Modules - > Master Data - > General Master Data Administration - > Various Text.
- Find the Locate and click the missing various in the table and click/select the "Table" tab next to "General"
- Click "Add" and add the table you want the various to be visible in
- Click "Save"item in the upper right-hand field.
- Its details will display in the lower left-hand field.
- Open the Table tab.
- Click Add.
- A pop-up will open.
- Select the table the various item is to be visible in (it will highlight) and click OK.
- The pop-up will close and a row will appear in the Table tab listing the chosen table.
- Click Save.
