How come voyages that are not supposed to be in the VMS any longer keep showing up in the Booking an Operations module? How can these voyages be removed?
Answer
The voyage/s show beasuse it/they has/have not been unfrozen and deleted. to remove the voyage/s, unfreeze and delete. Note: When unfreezing the voyage it will still keep the initial, preliminary estimate. This is a feature to allows the option of potentially making changes and re-freezing the voyage. However, once DELETED a voyage CANNOT be restored.
