Question

In cases some where a vessel is on time charter Time Charter (TC) Out, the offhire can differ between Owner and Charterer.

Is it possible to separate these two types of the offhires?

by entering to different lines for one port (one for owner and one for charterer)? When we use the Monthly Data report from DL we would like if only offhire against owner is included. So is it possible to use one (or more) of the three parameters under “Result Impact” to exclude offhire against charterer in this report?

Answer

Yes, just enter one row for any time which is for BOTH (and check BOTH boxes). Any This to, for example, exclude an offhire against a Charterer (or Owner) in a report?

Answer

Yes. It is fully possible to separate types of offhire and to use one or more of the parameters of the “Result Impact” field. For the port in question: enter in the Planned Offhire Dialogue Box one row for any time applicable to BOTH (Charterer and Owner). In the Result Impact field of each entered row check BOTH the upper boxes. For any additional time for either one, add a new line.
