Problem
When opening Hire Payable the system gives following message "This voyage is not freezed. Please freeze voyage before invoicing." even though the selected voyage is freezed.
Solution
One or more of the voyages on this TC in contract have been unfrozen. Freeze these voyages and you should be able to open Hire Payable.
