Introduction
Dataloy Systems require from all VMS clients that they have Dataloy VMS appointed & dedicated Application Responsibles and SuperUsers.
Application Responsible
All clients should to have appointed dedicated Dataloy VMS Application Responsible/s and SuperUser/s.
The people in these roles must have full knowledge of usage and understanding of the Dataloy VMS across the organisation. They will be the main point of contact between the users and Dataloy and information will be sifted both ways through these persons and dispersed effectively.
However, this requires the roles to be acknowledged in the client organisation as important and the roles will take some time away from the main job of the applications responsible/s and superUser/s. Dataloy Systems will focus on communicating with these persons with regards to information and training-needs. Dataloy will also work to identify gaps to work on for the client to get the fullest out of the VMS usage.
Application Responsible/s
All Dataloy customers need to have one Application Responsible (AR). If you there are many users you might want to consider or several departments, more than one should be considered. The AR's are Superusers of the VMS SuperUsers but also the in addition the contact point between the VMS users in the organization an organisation and Dataloy . This person is very important for Systems. The AR holds an important position in terms of the efficiency in using the Dataloy VMS. They The AR need to be elected with great care and the person in question should really want this and hold interest in the position. They The AR's should be able to manage and aid other users and to create a an internal system internally that works for solving different user problems.
They The Application Responsible persons are also the ones those who will suggest communicate any kind improvements to Dataloy both Systems (system wise and other).

SuperUser/s
Criteria:
The Dataloy VMS is a system that is holds such an important part of the working day for most of the users so the superuser, which requires that the SuperUser/s should be very knowledgeable.
The superusers SuperUser/s should be selected amongst its peers, so that he/she relatively easy understands their peers. This will ensure that the selected SuperUser will relatively easy understand the problems that the users might have. They could preferably be one of those whom people often calls for assistance already.

Preferably a SuperUser should be a person towards whom other people already often turns to for assistance. A SuperUser should be someone who uses (is going to use) the VMS daily and is interested in getting the most out of the system.
IMPORTANT: If a client has several geographical locations Dataloy Systems recommends that there be at least one SuperUser at each location. Local managers is not always the best choice, as they may be too busy and not always available.
Skills:
The superusers have to SuperUsers must be more proficient in the using Dataloy VMS than those they are going to support.
In addition to in having above average computer skills, the superusers also ought to have skills SuperUsers should also hold a skill in guiding and teaching others. Helping others carrying out their tasks instead of pushing the buttons for them is a basic principle for guiding people who struggle with computer systems.
IMPORTANT: If the client has several geographical locations we recommend that there is at least one Superuser at each location.
