Problem
When opening a frozen voyage under a time charter (TC) in contract in Hire Payable the system gives following message the message "This voyage is not freezed. Please freeze voyage before invoicing." even though the selected voyage is freezed. " displays. How can this be recified?
Solution
One If one or more of the voyages on this the aplicable TC in contract has/have been unfrozen. Freeze these voyages and you should be able to open Hire Payable, this message will show. These voyages must first be re-frozen. Thereafter the selected frozen voyage can be opened in the Hire Payabe module for invoicing.
