To enable feature:

Go to Modules > Master Data > General Master Data Administration > Dataloy Property.
Set the property: com.dataloy.ddt.externalBrowser to = true.
Click Save.
Restart Dataloy VMS. A button from the "external browser" DDT version should now be visible in the VMS DDT module and enabled.
