The list of actual vessels should only include the vessels that are presently in the fleet.

The advantage of moving the redelivered vessels to the Archive Actual view:

• The list will show the actual number of active vessels
• It will be easier to find the vessel you are looking for
• Timesaver

Example: The list shows 193 actual vessels

Open the Vessel Administration by choosing Modules_Master Data_Vessel Administration 

Search for the vessel in question and go to the Internal Data tab.

Enter the Fleet Exit Date

The number of actual vessels will be reduced

You will find all the redelivered vessels by switching to Archive: Actual view
