All emails you receive from the service desk contain a direct link to the case in question. Click on the View Request link to view or comment on the case
Remember to store your credentials in the browser. All modern browsers support this functionality. Once completed you will only need to click on Log in in the login window.
Keep me logged in is a feature in service desk that will keep you logged in even after you have closed and reopened the page.
