• [DLP-1130] - Moving dry dock the cache is not updated
• [DLP-1134] - Rescheduling logic is not using Voyage Waiting Days to calculate Arrival date on first portcall.
• [DLP-1135] - Rescheduling logic is not using actual distance if it exist on PortCall
• [DLP-403] -  Mechanism to invoke pre-process business logic is not working properly
