Dataloy presents API 3.6.0

Story

[DLP-948] - As an API user, I want to be able to extract the trade sequence no, so that I can sort my voyages accordingly
[DLP-952] - As an API user, I want to be able to record if a cargo is issued against an LOI, so that I can use it for creating reports to insurance companies
[DLP-959] - As an API user, I want to have pattern code available in the fleet plan resource, so that I can show the pattern code in my application
[DLP-997] - As a VRS User, I want to be able to add more e-mails in a list for receiving a specific vessel report, so that we do not have to manually forward to other parties

[DLP-966] - API max limit does not work when using filters on fields related to Any
