Highlights of Dataloy API 3.2

Standard Exchange Rate integration is introduced. This is possible to enable/disable. Exchange rates are updated on working days in the external API, and are also collected and put through the API.

A new end-point is introduced that delivers a list of all changes made since a given date, enabling synchronization of systems.
