Setting to turn off forced deviation on outstanding amounts in Voyage Analysis Dashboard

Our latest release of VMS 3.27 now features a new setting in the Voyage Analysis Dashboard settings page to turn off forced deviation on outstanding amounts.

This makes makes it easier to keep focus on the actual voyage deviations if you have many acknowledged voyages with outstanding payments showing up as deviations.
