Question

How can a voyage be closed irrevocably by certain users, but then not being able to re-open them (once changed from invoiced)?

Answer

Certain permissions in the User Administration > User Administration > User Administration Set-Up > Roles module must be enabled for the users who are supposed to be able to close a voyage, but not change the status after that:

BOOKING AND OPERATIONS EDIT
BOOKING AND OPERATIONS VIEW
BOOKING AND OPERATIONS MODULE VOYAGE STATUS VIEW
