Hide Vessels Having Exited a Fleet

Question

How can frozen voyages on vessels that have exited a fleet or no longer in management but are still visible in the Booking and Operations module be hidden?

Answer

All frozen voyages on vessels that are not part of the fleet or no longer in management can be moved to the Archive section in the Booking and Operations module, where they will be visible. Actual voyages will be visible under Archive: Actual and estimates under Archive: Estimate.

To hide vessels that have exited the fleet: 

  1. Go to Modules > Master Data > Vessel Administration. 
  2. Locate the vessel. It's details will display.
  3. Open the Internal Data tab.
  4. Enter the date the vessel exited the fleet under Fleet Exit Date.
  5. Click Save.
  6. The system will update and all frozen voyages of the vessel will be moved to the Archive section.
