Cannot Find Model Voyage Calculation in COA Planner

Problem

When adding a model voyage calculation with "Add to COA planner" in the Voyage Estimate module, it cannot be found in the COA Planner module. How can this be fixed?

Solution

A COA must be linked to the cargo of the voyage calculation in the Voyage Estimate module. Once done, it will automatically also appear in the COA Planner.

To link a COA to a cargo
  1. Go to Modules > Voyage Estimate. The Voyage Estimate window will open.
  2. In the Toolbar, click Open Voyage... A Voyage pop-up with a list of previously entered voyage calculations will open. 
  3. Double-click the voyage to be opened. The calculation will open.
  4. Check if there is COA linked to the cargo.
  5. If not, link relevant COA to the cargo. Either enter:

    1. Click the Triple Dot Selector next to the field. A pop-up with a list of COAs will open.

    2. Select a COA and click OK

    3. The pop-up will close and in the COA field populate. The COA number that displays is identical to that entered under COA# in the Contracts of Affreightment module (Main Terms tab). – i.e. the COA and the voyage calculation have been linked.
