Laytime Calculations Module Opens with Empty Screen

Problem

When opening the Laytime Calculations module from Booking and Operations to perform a laytime calculation for a voyage with a single cargo all that show is an empty screen. The cargo has a charter party attached to it. How can this be fixed?

Solution

In the Booking and Operations module, check that loading and discharging ports are entered as L (=Load) and D (=Discharge). If they are entered in any other way this issue will occur.
