Reverse Invoice Button is Disabled

Problem

An invocie cannot be reversed becasue the Reverse... button is disabled.

Solution

The Reverse... button automatically disabled in three circumstances:

  • if the invocie is a payment - then it is not possible to reverse the invocie.
  • if the invoice is linked to closed voyage/s - the voyage/s must be reopened before an invoice can be reversed.
  • if the invoice has no document type - (contact Dataloy so document type/s can be added).
