Problem

A user cannot log in due to lost password.

Solution

The user needs to have his/her password changed and be given the new to be able to log in. An Administrator/Super-User with Administrator Access Rights will need to generate a new password for the user.

For an Administrator (with Administrator Access rights) to Change a User's Password:

Go to Modules > System > User Administration.
In the navigation tree, click All Users.
Locate and click applicable user's name. User details will display.
In the General tab:
1. Enter the new password under New Password.
2. Re-enter the new password under New Password (again).
Click Save.
Give the new password to the user.
