Where can a cargo's reference number be entered?
Answer
The cargo reference number is sometimes used to log a customer's booking number and also at times the customer's PO number.
To enter a cargo's reference number:
Go to Modules > Booking and Operations > Booking and Operations > Cargo List.
Locate the External Reference column.
Enter the cargo number in applicable cargo row field of the External Reference column.
