1. Go to Modules > Master Data > Vessel Administration. The Vessel Administration window will open.
2. Click vessel to re-named in the left-hand menu tree. Its fields will display to the right.
3. Click Rename. A separate pop-up appearswill open:
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the new vessel name and click OK. The vessel has been renamed.

1. Go to Modules > Master Data > Vessel Administration. The Vessel Administration window will open.
2. There are three methods of locating a vessel:
1. Click the View by Vessel Name folder in the left-hand menu tree. All vessels are indexed by name in alphabetical order.
2. Click the View by Vessel Type folder in the left-hand menu tree. All vessels are indexed according to assigned vessel type (defined in the Vessel Type module).
3. Click the search box located above the menu tree, enter the vessel name.
4. Click Click Enter. The vessel will display in the menu tree.

1. To soft-delete a vessel:
   1. Go to Modules > Master Data > Vessel Administration. The Vessel Administration window will open.
   2. Click vessel to be soft-deleted in the left-hand menu tree. Its fields will display to the right.
   3. Click Delete. A pop-up appears will open asking to confirm deletion.
   4. Click Yes. The pop-up will close and the selected row is soft-deleted only - and moved to the Deleted tab.
      
      
2. To undelete a vessel:
   1. Go to Modules > Master Data > Vessel Administration. The Vessel Administration window will open.
   2. Go to the Deleted tab.
   3. Click the soft-deleted vessel to be restored.
   4. Click Undelete. The row will close and the restored vessel is moved from the Deleted tab.
      
      
3. To permanently delete a vessel:
   1. Go to Modules > Master Data > Vessel Administration. The Vessel Administration window will open.
   2. Soft-delete the vessel to be permanently deleted.
   3. Click the Deleted tab.
   4. Click the vessel to be deleted - it will highlight.
   5. Click Delete Permanently. A pop-up appears will open asking to confirm deletion.

   6. Click Yes. The pop-up will close and the selected vessel is deleteddelete.
