  1. Open applicable voyage charter calculation. Its fields will display.
  2. In the Ports (or Port Rotation) field click the port call to be moved - it will highlight.
  3. Either
    1. click Move and from the menu, depending on which way the port call is to be moved in the rotation, select Up or Down
      Note: The port will move one step, i.e. be sorted above or beneath the port calls either preceding or following it. 
       



    2. or go to the Port Call menu and from the drop-down select Move and then either Up or Down depending on where the port is to be moved to.
       



  4. The estimate will automatically recalculate and update as a parameters  parameters have changed - but NOT the port calls in the Cargo Ports field as these are linked to individual cargo rotation/s, not the voyage rotation.

  1. To edit a port rotation:
    1. Go to Modules > Voyage EstimateThe Voyage Estimate window will open.
    2. Open applicable voyage calculation to be edited - it will display.
    3. Edit port rotation either
      1. through the quickkey in the Ports field of the Main Calculation field (Cargo panel):
        1. Click the quickkey field where the port rotation is entered - it will highlight (yellow) - and edit.
        2. Click Enter. The estimate will recalculate and update. All changes will auto-save.
      2. or by editing manually in the Ports (or Port Rotation) field:
        1. Click the port call row to be edited - it will highlight. 
        2.   Edit port call row fields as applicable.
        3.  The estimate will recalculate and update. All changes will auto-save.
           

  2. To delete a port call:
    1. Go to Modules > Voyage EstimateThe Voyage Estimate window will open.
    2. Open applicable voyage calculation to be edited - it will display.
    3. Delete applicable port call/s either
      1. through the quickkey in the Ports field of the Main Calculation field (Cargo panel):
        1. Click the quickkey field where the port rotation is entered - it will highlight (yellow).
        2. Delete applicable port calls using the delete-key.
        3. Click Enter. The estimate will recalculate and update. All changes will auto-save.
      2. or by deleting manually in the Ports (or Port Rotation) field:
        1. Click the port call row to be edited - it will highlight.
        2. Either 
          1. click Remove



          2.  or go to the Port Call menu and from the drop-down select Remove.



        3. A pop-up will open asking to confirm removal.
        4. Click Yes. The pop-up will close and the selected row will delete.
        5. The estimate will recalculate and update. All changes will auto-save.
           
  3. To delete a port rotation:
    1. Go to Modules > Voyage EstimateThe Voyage Estimate window will open.
    2. Open applicable voyage calculation to be edited - it will display.
    3. Delete applicable port rotation either through
      1. the quickkey in the Ports field of the Main Calculation field (Cargo panel):
        Note: If multiple cargoes: Select cargo first. The individual port rotation of the cargo will display (quickkey).

        1. Click the quickkey field where the port rotation is entered - it will highlight (yellow).
        2. Delete entered port rotation string using the delete-key (or highlight and press delete).
        3. Click Enter. The estimate will recalculate and update. All changes will auto-save.
    4. or by deleting manually in the Ports (or Port Rotation) field:
      1. Click the port call row to be deleted- it will highlight.
      2. Either 
        1. click Remove
        2. or go to the Port Call menu and from the drop-down select Remove.
      3. A pop-up opens asking to confirm removal.
      4. Click Yes. The pop-up will close and the selected row will delete.
      5. Repeat as applicable until all port call in the port rotation have been deleted.
      6. The estimate will recalculate and update. All changes will auto-save.
