Dataloy Distance Table (DDT) Beta Version

Dataloy Systems is excited to present a new version of the Dataloy Distance Table (DDT) for public beta testing. Beta testing means that it should be fairly stable but bugs may exist. Dataloy Systems would very much appreciate information about any irregularities or any suggestions for improvement (please contact at ddt@dataloy.com).

Users are free to choose which DDT version to use when opening the module. The new beta version has numerous improvements compared to the existing version, for example:

  •  Improved Map (based on Google Maps), showing ports, routing points and ECA zones.

  • ECA Distances and Days Calculated

  • Improved "Port Search". The search functionality will search for results whilst entering characters, for example enter "Lon" and "London" displays. This enables a faster input of ports (more information: kb.dataloy.com)

  • Possible to use the beta version on a tablet (for example: iPad) or a mobile phone.
  • No Flash plugin required.

Wildfly Application Server

Numerous improvements has been developed to make Dataloy VMS run on Wildfly (formerly known as JBoss). Currently, all Dataloy products run on the same application server thereby simplifying the IT infrastructure.

Requirement: Java 8

Java 8 is now required to be able to run Dataloy VMS.
