Frozen voyages on vessels that are no longer with us are still vissible in Booking & Opertions module and making the vessel list cluttered. How can we hide these vessels?
Step-by-step guide
To hide vessels that have exited the fleet
- Go to Modules > Master Data > Vessel Administration
- Locate the vessel
- Open Internal Data tab
- Enter the date the vessel exited the fleet in Fleet Exit Date field
All frozen voyages on vessels that are not part of the fleet anymore are visible in Archive section in Booking & Opertions module.
