First checkout customvrsreports project in bitbucket. If you find the customer here then modify the vessel list for the customised vessel report and push to customvrsreports.
If the customer is not listed in customvrsreports. Then go to http://customer address:port/testclient and login with Dataloy username/password. This will start the vessel report generator and after some seconds a file should be returned, this is an updated vessel report file with all vessels that has a vessel code.
