Vessels without actual voyages attached to them do not appear in the Booking and Operations module. Once a voyage has been frozen in the Voyage Estimate module, it will automatically appear in the Booking and Operations module.
To check if a frozen voyage is archived: Go to Booking and Operations > Actual Archive. Note: Vessels are archived based on the fleet exit date in Vessel Administration module.
