Short Description

The ... module only place can be done booking an operations. Associate port cost to correct port call.

Purpose – to avoid having to enter info twice manually – reduces risk of human error & works much faster.

Each port has ID (linked to port) – to tell which port the cost belongs to.

Integration enabling import of port call costs into Dataloy.

And electronically receive from them the estimated and actual port cost.

Sent by Dataloy – olika stadier (different stages) appears as a list in the port call browser.

Port call browser – assigned to specific port (automatic)

Go to Modules > Booking and Operations > Port Call Browser. The Port Call Browser window will open.
Note: Once a port call appointment has been validated by applicable agency system and an acknowledgement received by Dataloy VMS the port call's status will change from Sent to Appointed in the Agency Appointment Status column.

Await DA data to be imported into Dataloy VMS from applicable virtual agency (VA) system. The imported data consists of port costs associated with correct port call and can enter the system as:
Once recevied by Dataloy, these appears as rows in the Port Cost tab.

Check the Automatically Update estimate box to ensure Dataloy VMS automatically updates the total cost of the port, voyage and results continously with the most updated data. and the will automatically update the system and the FDA & SDA will appear under Pending in the Post Fixture Modules.
