Problem

One of the cargoes and one of the discharge ports do does not appear in the Laytime Calculations module. How can this be fixed?

Solution

 Ensure that both all cargoes have a charter party. Only cargoes with charter parties will display in the Laytime Calculations module. If both cargoes have a charter party, please

To create a charter party:

Go to Modules > Booking and Operations > Booking and Operations.

  1. Select applicable vessel, voyage and cargo.
  2. Press the Create CP button 
    or
  3. Go to the Voyage Menu > Charter Parties.
  4. Assign applicable cargo to the other cargo.
  5. Go to Laytime Calculations.
  6. Both cargoes should now be visible under the same charter party and load port and visible under each discharge port respectively.

Note: If both cargoes have a charter party and the error persisits, please contact your local administrator, then contact Dataloy.
