Problem
One of the cargoes does not appear in the Laytime Calculations module. How can this be fixed?
Solution
Ensure that all cargoes have a charter party. Only cargoes with charter parties will display in the Laytime Calculations module.
To create a charter party:
- Select applicable vessel, voyage and cargo.
- Press the Create CP button
or - Go to the Voyage Menu > Charter Parties.
- Assign applicable cargo to the other cargo.
Note: If both cargoes have a charter party and the error persisits, please contact your local administrator, then contact Dataloy.
