Cargo does not appear in Laytime Module

Problem

One of the cargoes does not appear in the Laytime Calculations module. How can this be fixed?

Solution

 Ensure that all cargoes have a charter party. Only cargoes with charter parties will display in the Laytime Calculations module.

To create a charter party:

  1. Select applicable vessel, voyage and cargo.
  2. Press the Create CP button 
    or
  3. Go to the Voyage Menu > Charter Parties.
  4. Assign applicable cargo to the other cargo.

Note: If both cargoes have a charter party and the error persisits, please contact your local administrator, then contact Dataloy.
