Time Charter (TC) In Contract not Automatically Added to Newly Created Voyage

Problem

When a new voyage is created on a time charter (TC) in contract the contract is not automatically added to the newly created voyage in Voyage Estimate module.

Solution

There can be more than one reason for this occurrance, but the most likely is that the previous voyage on relevant time charter (TC) contract has been merked as "Last Voyage for Current CP". Check if this is the reason, uncheck Last Voyage for Current CP and save. The time (TC) in contract should now be added to the voyages following the voyage with Last Voyage for Current CP unchecked.
If not, please contact your local administrator.

To add TC In contract to newly created voyage when Last Voyage for Current CP is ticked on previous voyage in contarct:

  1. Go to Modules > Booking and Operations > Booking and Operations.
  2. Click applicable vessel in the By Vessel Tab (left-hand field) - it will highlight - and it's details display.
  3. Click applicable voyage in the Voyage List tab - it will highlight and its details display.
  4. Right-click in the header of the Voyage List - a menu will open.
  5. Select Add Column > Voyage Header > I to V > Is Last Voyage.
  6. Check if any voyage on applicable contract has this option checked. If so, uncheck.
  7. The time charter (TC) in contract should now be automatically added to the voyages following the one with the Is Last Voyage unchecked
