Why Does a Vessel Not Appear in Booking and Operations?

How come a vessel entered in Dataloy VMS does not appear in the Booking and Operations module?

Answer

An entered vessel will not appear in Booking and Operations if the vessel has no frozen voyage or if it is archived. For a vessel without frozen voyages, freeze a voyage entered to the vessel in Voyage Estimate - it will then appear in Booking and Operations. If the vessel HAS a frozen voyage, it may be archived and will only appear in Booking and Operations under Actual Archive. Vessels are archived based the fleet exit date in the Vessel Administration module.
