ILOHC Differs in the VMS from in the Time Charter (TC) Contract

Problem

The In Lieu of Holds Cleaning (ILOHC) on the voyage is not updated from the time charter (TC) contract. How can this be solved so it is updated?

Solution

The ILOHC is updated from the Time charter (TC) contract for voyage when the checkbox Last Voyage for Current CP is ticked. However, this is ONLY applicable for TC In voyages on the final voyage of a time charter before being re-delivered back to the owner (otherwise, leave unticked).

To update the ILOHC:
  1. Open relevant vessel in the Booking and Operations module.
  2. Select the voyage in Booking and Operations > Voyage List.
  3. Click Details.
  4. The Voyage Header Details dialogue box will open.
  5. Check Last Voyage for Current CP.
  6. Click Close.
