Adjusted Voyage Estimate does not Update Changed Laytime Demurrage/Despatch Figures

Problem

In the Laytimne Calculation module demurrage and despatch have been changed, 'Fixed' checked. However, the demurrage and despatch figures will not update in the voyage's Voyage Estimate Adjusted calculation. How can this be fixed?

Solution

This may occur if the Laytime Calculation screen is not properly confugured.

To rectify:

  1. In the Laytime Calculations module set the demurrage and despatch rates to 0 in the Cargo Ports field (Rate Demurrage and Rate Dsepatch columns).
  2. Click Recalculate. 
  3. The voyage figures will update throughout the VMS, including the voyage's adjusted calculation.
