Stories

• [DLP-1526] - As user  I want to be notified by email when a webhook subscription is unsubscribed  so I can  take the needed actions. 
• [DLP-1534] - As an API user, I want the API to prevent me from adding broker contributors that does not total 100% commission, so that I can avoid inconsistent data
• [DLP-1528] - As a Developer, I want "master" field on Vessel Code, so that I can filter vessels based on this
