Dataloy presents API 3.7.0

Story

• [DLP-435] - As an API user, I want to use the new Asset Account Accrual and get the correct account in Document glAccount
• [DLP-867] - As an API user, I want to get port information so that I can utilise the ports in my own application.
• [DLP-875] - As an API user, I want to be able to get the distance between locations so that I can use the distance in my own calculations
• [DLP-876] - As an API user, I want to retrieve sailing route data so that I can show the sailing route on a map in my own applications.
• [DLP-947] - As an API user, I want to be able to see if a laycan is agreed or uncertain, so that I can indicate this to the user
• [DLP-964] - As an API user, I want to calculate the exchange rate between voyage and bunker currency so that I can have bunker invoices in different currencies.
