Claims Related

Short Description

In Dataloy VMS there are different levels available to categorise a claim.

The Claims Related section includes the Claim Cause, Claim Nature and the Claim Sub Nature modules and the information therein is user defined. The Claim Cause module is used to identify the cause of a claim. Claim Nature is a subcategory of Claim Types (the most basic and least detailed claim category and maintained by Dataloy), and can hold a set of claim causes. The most detailed level, Claim Sub Nature, is currently NOT IN USE.

By dividing claims reflecting different kinds of reasons for-  and levels of claims users can separate them in higher level of detail for example when running reports.
