Wrong GMT Time Pending Charter Hire

Problem

After a timezone update, the GMT time for a Pending Charter Hire document line text and the timezone i Booking and Operations for the corresponding port differs. How come and how can this be recified?

Solution

This can happen if the document line text was created before the timzone update. To rectify: go to the applicable voyage and change a date on the voyage, change it back again and recalculate the voyage. Then, go to the pending document and click Reset Data. The date/time should corrected.
