Voyage not Visible in Booking and Operations
Problem
A voyage was fixed using the wrong company. When attempt were made to correct the company, the voyage disappeared from Booking and Operations. The voyage calculation is visible in the Voyage Estimate module, but not in Booking and Operations.
Solution
There are more than one reason why a fixed voyage does not show in Booking in Operations.
- If the fleet exit date is set and today's date has passed the fleet exit date - then no voyages will not appear for vessel in question. Adjust the vessel fleet date:
- Go to Vessel Administration > Internal Data > Fleet Exit Date field.
- Refresh and the voyage should be visible in Booking and Operations.
- Set-up issue, relating to company and business unit - to solve this, contact first your administrator, second Dataloy.
- A scheduled voyage, but not fixed, can also fail to show if scheduled as other type of voyage. If so - move the voyage back to the correct type.
