Accruals Missing the First Days of a Voyage

Problem

Accruals cannot be generated for the first days of voyage’s start. How can this be corrected

Solution

This can happen if the voyage was not frozen until after the voyage started. The voyage will then have no days in the Time Correction module as the module will not have been updated.

To correct:

  1. Check the date registered as the day the voyage was frozen and then run a time correction for the voyage.
  2. Run accruals for the voyage.
  3. Accruals for the missing days of the voyage should now generate. (If not, contact Dataloy).
