Inserting a Voyage Between Frozen Voyages?

To change voyage sequence/s:

1. Freeze the voyage.
   Note: Here: If there are voyages with sequence numbers 1 and 2, this will be nr. 3.
2. Go to Modules > Booking and Operations > Booking and Operations. The Booking and Operations window will open.
3. Click applicable vessel in the By Vessel Tab (left-hand field) - it will highlight - it's details display will display in the right-hand and lower fields.

4. In the right-hand Voyage List tab all the vessel's voyages are listed - the most recent by default at the top.

5. In the Voyage List field click the voyage to change the start date for - it will highlight and its details display.

6. Check Lock Start Date for the voyage.
7. In the voyage's Start Date column field enter a date between the start and end dates of the voyages the voyage is to be inserted between.
8. Uncheck Lock Start Date.
9. Change the voyage numbers.
   Note: Changing voyage numbers requires a small "workaround", for example: if the list is 1, 2, 3 - change 3 to 99, 2 to 3 and then 99 to 2. IMPORTANT: If invoices have already been posted or other accounting transactions made against the voyage either keep the voyage number unchanged or request your company's IT department to change it in applicable accounting system.
