How to Change the Disbursement Account (DA) Status?

Question

How can the status of the disbursement account (DA) be changed/updated to for example, estimate, revised or final stage in the Port Call Browser?

Answer

Applies to Dataloy VMS version 3.16 ONLY

In the Port Call Browser > Port Cost tab and in the Handling Cost tab a port bChagneost status indicator has been added in order to enable change/update of the disbursement account (DA). Users with an automated update of DA from external sources will have the status change automatically. Other users have to change/update the status MANUALLY in order to update the port cost calculation correctly. Previously, the total port cost of a port was automatically updated by the Actual column figures once any figures had been entered in this column. This will now ONLY happen once the status changes to final in the status selector.
