Map not Working - Error Message: "The Google Maps Embed API Must be Used in an Iframe"

Problem

When clicked, the Map function found under Booking and Operations > Voyage List tab > Map (button, toolbar) displays the error message The Google Maps Embed API must be used in an Iframe.

Solution

The error message appears when the Dataloy Distance Table (DDT) in the VMS needs to be updated.

To update:

  1. Go to Systems > Update Dataloy Distance Table and follow the step-by step instructions.
  2. Restart your Dataloy client.
    Note: All users will have to restart the Dataloy client once the update has been run.
  3. The Map function the toolbar of Booking and Operations > Voyage List tab has been updated and will display selected scheduled voyage when clicked.
