Details/ETA does not Show after Version 3.16 Upgrade in Dataloy Distance Table (DDT) Module

Problem

After upgrading to Dataloy Systems version 3.16 the Dataloy Distance Table (DDT) in Dataloy VMS, the pop-up for displaying routing details when clicking the "Details/ETA" button is does not open.  

Solution

A bug has unfortunately been detected in version 3.16 and will be corrected in the next version of Dataloy VMS (3.17). However, accessing routing details in the DDT can be accessed in the "external browser" version of the Dataloy Distance Table (DDT) as the bug does not exist in this version.

To enable feature:

  1. Go to Modules > Master Data > General Master Data Administration > Dataloy Property.
  2. Set the property: com.dataloy.ddt.externalBrowser to = true.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Restart Dataloy VMS. A button from the "external browser" DDT version should now be visible in the VMS DDT module and enabled.
